I work on a ''Reward Basis'', that means you pay what it's worth to you and what you could afford, for me to come out and find your lost item.

I have a $25.00 callout fee to cover my fuel expense. Maybe more or less depending on where you're located. (Call to discuss).

Search Types

Beaches, Shallow Water, Land/Parks, Private Residences, Businesses etc.

Search Locations

St. Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, Flagler Beach, Palatka and areas within 40 miles of Crescent Beach. Willing to travel further depending on the location and time.

Prospecting Mulés's Bio

My name is Philip Mulé, also known as The Prospecting Mulé. I’m a retired Chief Petty Officer from the U.S. Coast Guard. I have been metal detecting for over 10 years. When I first started out it was difficult to locate the owners of lost items. To assist in locating owners I created a website, www.theprospectingmules.com and a Facebook page. I have been able to recover, assist with recoveries, and return many lost items. One of greatest feeling is being able to uniting a lost item with its owner. Seeing the joy and happiness in their eyes is priceless. I reside on Anastasia Island, just south of St. Augustine Beach and have access to the beaches with my 4x4 truck “Sandy”.
