High above Linda Mar, Tyler was riding hard down one of the steepest trails in the hills.
There was a huge jump coming up. Tyler wondered if he had enough speed to make it?!?
Nope. Instead of making a cool landing, he plowed his front wheel into the ground,
(breaking his front forks) and was pitched, head first into a small tree,
this tree:
Shaken, bruised and seeing stars, he slowly collected himself and drug his wounded self down the mountain.
Only when he got home hours later did he miss his pendant!
Tyler took me back to the scene of the crash, and with the help of a machete and
an axe we were able to clear the brush under the tree and recover his pendant!
