Real Estate Lot Corner Metal Pin Location in Novato, California
Owners selling beautiful home high in the hills above Novato, unable to locate one of the rear corners lot “pins”, 200 feet from the street. The plat from the Realtor showed the other rear corner 100 feet away. By measuring 200 feet from the street, and 100 feet from the existing rear corner marker, I was able to narrow the search area to about 10 square feet. I found the 3/4″ steel pipe under 5 inches of dirt and debris in about 5 minutes. Here I am painting it orange.
This is 2nd time I have been called out by a Realtor to locate a property corner marker.
