Diamond Ring Found in Brampton, Ontario

  • from North York (Ontario, Canada)

I took a call yesterday from Vanessa about her lost white gold and diamond ring.

She had been shovelling her porch steps and porch after another snowfall, and when she was done, she shook some snow off of her hands and felt her ring fly off her finger.

Vanessa thought her ring landed between her home and the neighbours.
So , Vanessa and her boyfriend began digging through the snow between the houses for the last few days with no luck.

I was able to meet her at her home today and got a few more details.

I got a few good signals right away but couldn’t retrieve them as they were buried under the ice that had formed now.

I didn’t want to risk damaging her ring by picking the ice so I had her heat up some water we could pour on the various signals.

This worked great and after locating a few junk targets, I got a great signal in my headphones.

We heated up some more water and poured it on the signal and as the ice melted, her ring slowly came into view.

She was very happy to see her ring again as it’s very special to her.

Thank you again Vanessa for the nice reward.

It really helps me keep my service going and doing what I love to do.

Take care,

Mark Ellis
