I had a call yesterday from Doug about his lost gold ring.
Doug told me that he was at an indoor horse riding area last Sunday where he and a group of people meet every Sunday to exercise their greyhound dogs.
While Doug was on the dirt track inside, he removed his gloves a few times to play with his dog and thinks his ring may come off on the dirt floor. He had not noticed that his ring was gone until he was on his way home later that day.
I was able to meet with Doug this morning, Sunday March 3,2013 at the riding arena in Blackstock Ontario.
After getting a few more details, I gathered my gear and began to grid search the indoor dirt floor of the arena.
After grid searching 99% of the arena with no luck, we had the owner of the arena move a tractor out of the way as this was the only area I could not search around.
Sure enough , after grid searching this new small patch of arena, I got a great signal in my headphones, pinpointed the area, and Doug’s ring pops out of the dirt.
What a relief this one was..!!
Murphy’s law that the ring would be masked by the only thing I could not search around.
I’m really happy Doug I was able to help out today and would like to thank you for the nice reward.
