Metal detecting is a hobby that gives back! (Eastport, Newfoundland)

Not only do RingFinders return lost treasure to its rightful owner, but it’s a hobby that I find other pleasure in.  When I scour a beach I also remove rusty nails, silverware, bottle caps, cans, pop tops, etc.  I get a lot of satisfaction in cleaning a beach and knowing that the kids that play in the sand will be safer after my visit.

Last weekend I scoured Eastport Beach and removed a bit of junk.
