Lara explained that while gesturing with her hands she felt her husbands wedding ring, who had passed a month earlier, slip off her finger and into her yard somewhere. She had used a rented metal detector with no luck and then googled and found The Ring Finders. We met early the next morning, reenacted the loss, and I went to work in the most logical area. Having no luck there I expanded the search. On the other side of the asphalt driveway, approximately 20′ away from where she was standing at the time of the loss, I found the ring; round objects can take funny bounces.
Hugs, tears of joy, and conversation revealed the value of this find and return… priceless!
Lara, thank you for the call and I wish you and your children eternal happiness.
