Cost For My Service

I have a call out fee of 25$ to cover fuel and travel (see location section). There is not an hourly charge, but I work on a sliding "reward basis" which means you pay what it is worth to you and what you can afford if I find your lost item for you.

Beaches, parks, lakes & yards...Shaw water searches.

Search Locations

All of Sonoma County including Sebastopol, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Healdsburg, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Bodega Bay, Occidental, Healdsburg. Any Sonoma County beaches or lakeshore/shallow water. Will consider any Bay Area locations or farther if you cannot find closer help! If farther that 1 hr drive time, higher call out fee will be discussed.

Hello! My name is Jess Schoch. I live and work in Sonoma County and in my spare time one of my hobbies is metal detecting, which I have done for 15+ years. I also garden, foster for animal rescue, mushroom hunt and do ceramics. I am usually available mid-week and weekends to find your lost item. I will waive my call out fee if you have access to interesting private property such as an old homestead or woodlands and are willing to allow me to come back for future mushroom hunting or metal detecting (we can discuss this if this appeals to you).
